南京萬達茂位于仙林湖南側，規劃總面積28.48萬㎡，綜合容積率3.77，總投資金額達150億元。雖然落戶仙林剛滿一個月，但從施工現場來看，地基部分已經完成過半，部分樓層已經建至2層，萬達茂售樓處已經拔地而起。

萬達茂屬于萬達打造的新一代產品，是集生活，購物，娛樂為一體的大型文化旅游商業綜合體，目前正在施工。
